Thank you all for submitting your forms and abstracts. Online registration for oral presentations and posters is now closed. Online applications for attending the conference will be extended to the end of February.
A third circular will be available soon with information on financial registration, excursion, etc.

First Circular and Call for Papers
On behalf of the IWGP committee, we would like to invite oral and poster presentations based on any aspect of palaeoethnobotany. Please fill in the pre-registration form by April 20th 2012 and send by e-mail to: iwgp-13@hist.auth.gr.
The conference organisers will select from among the submitted proposals and will schedule the oral and poster presentations according to the proposed sections. Further details on registration fee, payment, excursions, poster format and others will be notified in a 2nd circular. Registration fee is due 6 months prior to the conference. Abstracts should be sent as text documents (in Word format) by September 1st 2012: iwgp-13@hist.auth.gr, should not exceed one DIN A4 page and should contain a clear description of the topic of the presentation - instructions are given in the attached template. The language of the conference is English.
The Proceedings of the Conference will be published as a special issue of Vegetation History and Archaeobotany, the official organ of the IWGP.
